Orders are subject to product availability. Prices may be updated before you complete checkout.

If we discover an obvious pricing error (for example, a $0 price on a non-promotional item), we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

We process orders within 1 business day and ship via reliable carriers such as UPS or FedEx, typically arriving within 2–4 business days. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is marked as delivered.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly. Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the return.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and website content are owned by ThemedEdge.com and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

We provide our website “as is” and cannot guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

Example: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

These terms are governed by U.S. law and the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California, United States.
