Shipping Policy

At Koynze LLC, we believe getting your order should be simple, reliable, and worry-free. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on koynze.com (“Website”).
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional events, but we’ll always keep you informed.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days (contiguous U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (extra cost, if available at checkout)
Note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.
3. Shipping Coverage
We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package in real time
5. Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point (meaning risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package). Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or delayed:
- Verify the shipping address you entered at checkout.
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If still unresolved, email support@koynze.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we’ll do our best to help.
7. Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We will notify you and offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
- Refunds may be issued minus shipping costs if you choose to cancel the order.
8. Multiple Shipments
For large or multi-item orders, we may ship items separately for faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
