At ThemedEdge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Items that are damaged by the customer, clearly used, or missing original packaging may be denied or subject to a partial refund.
Proof of purchase (order number and packing slip or receipt) is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@themededge.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply with return instructions and an RMA (return authorization) number if the return is approved.
Pack the item securely and write the RMA on the outside of the package. Ship to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or a defect).
Refunds (Timing & Method)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days of our receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except when we sent the wrong item or the item is defective.
If more than 30 days have passed since we received your return and you haven’t received a refund, contact us at support@themededge.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size or style, please return the original item for a refund (per policy above) and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or we shipped an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@themededge.com with photos and order information. We will provide a prepaid return label and will expedite a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and any custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days after we received and approved your return, first check your bank / payment account. Then contact us at support@themededge.com so we can help.
Additional Rights & Legal Notices
This policy is our standard store policy. Some states may provide additional consumer protections that cannot be waived by contract; nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights you may have under state or federal law. If a state law requires a different minimum requirement (for example regarding posted return policies or required refund timeframes), we will comply with that law for orders shipped to that state.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions to prevent fraud and abuse.
